Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs From Parents Like You:

  • At what ages do your programs start?

The earliest we accept children are at 6 weeks old. Additionally, all children must be up to date on shots before being accepted into our program.

  • Does my child need to be potty-trained before entering the preschool?

Yes, we do require that children are using the toilet independently before entering the four-year old class.

  • Is St. Paul's School a licensed childcare facility?

Yes. We are a licensed child care program through the Texas Department of Human Services.

  • What is school security like?

For everyone's safety we are on lock down 24/7. Every parent must purchase a key fob to enter the building.

  • Are the teachers vetted?

We take your child's safety to the utmost importance. For that reason we do background checks on all our teachers and staff. Everyone is also CPR certified.

  • Are there any summer programs?

St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and School sits on about 10 acres of land.  During the summer months, the school age children (ages: 6-13) use our land for exploration opportunities.  Students go on nature walks and pursue outside scavenger hunts locating all of God’s creatures and landscapes.  In addition to exploring our beautiful grounds, students participate in Friday Splash Days, where we have fun learning about the different ways to use water while soaking in the sun.  During the week, students take part in a special curriculum geared toward Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math.  Our summer program begins in June and ends the second week of August.
